This Sale Deed is executed on 17 July 2026 at ____________ between:

[Seller Name], son/daughter of [Father Name], CNIC _____________, resident of [Address] (hereinafter the "Seller/Vendor"),

AND

[Buyer Name], son/daughter of [Father Name], CNIC _____________, resident of [Address] (hereinafter the "Buyer/Vendee").

WHEREAS the Seller is the lawful owner of the property described below and has agreed to sell the same to the Buyer, free from all encumbrances, liens and claims of any kind, and the Buyer has agreed to purchase it for the consideration stated herein:

1. The total sale consideration is ____________, payable via bank transfer.
2. The Seller warrants that the property is free from encumbrances, prior sale, mortgage, or litigation.
3. Possession of the property shall be handed over to the Buyer on 17 July 2026.
4. The Seller shall execute all documents necessary for registration/mutation (Intiqal) at the concerned Registrar office.
5. All dues, taxes and charges on the property up to the date of possession shall be borne by the Seller; thereafter by the Buyer.
