This Partnership Deed is executed on 17 July 2026 at ____________ establishing a partnership firm under the name "[Firm Name]", carrying on the business of [nature of business] at [address], effective from 17 July 2026, between the following partners:

1. The partners shall contribute capital as stated above and share profits and losses in the ratio stated above.
