This Loan Agreement is executed on 17 July 2026 at ____________ between:

[Lender Name], CNIC _____________, resident of [Address] (hereinafter the "Lender"),

AND

[Borrower Name], CNIC _____________, resident of [Address] (hereinafter the "Borrower").

1. The Lender has advanced a loan of Rs. 0 to the Borrower, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
2. This loan is interest-free (Qarz-e-Hasna), in accordance with Islamic principles.
3. The Borrower shall repay the loan in full within 12 months, in approximately Rs. 0 monthly installments, or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
4. No guarantor has been appointed for this loan.
5. In the event of default, the Lender reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal means available under Pakistani law.
6. This agreement is signed voluntarily by both parties without coercion.
