This Gift Deed is executed on 17 July 2026 at ____________ between:

[Donor Name], son/daughter of [Father Name], CNIC _____________, resident of [Address] (hereinafter the "Donor"),

AND

[Donee Name], son/daughter of [Father Name], CNIC _____________, resident of [Address] (hereinafter the "Donee").

WHEREAS the Donor is the lawful owner of the property described below and, out of natural love and affection and without any monetary consideration, hereby transfers all rights, title and interest in the said property to the Donee, who accepts this gift:

1. This gift is made voluntarily, without coercion, and without any exchange of money or consideration (Hiba).
2. The Donor confirms delivery of possession of the property to the Donee upon execution of this deed, satisfying the essential condition of Hiba under Islamic law.
3. The Donor warrants the property is free from encumbrances, prior sale, mortgage, or litigation.
4. The Donee shall be responsible for mutation (Intiqal) of the property in their name at the concerned Registrar/Union Council office.
5. This gift is irrevocable once possession has been delivered, as per Islamic and Pakistani law.
