This Freelance Service Agreement is executed on 17 July 2026 at ____________ between:

AND

[Client Name], of [Address] (hereinafter the "Client").

1. The Client agrees to pay the Freelancer ____________ on a fixed basis for the work described above.
2. The Freelancer shall deliver the completed work by [deadline].
3. All intellectual property rights in the deliverables shall transfer to the Client upon full payment.
4. Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during this engagement strictly private.
