This Employment Contract is made on 17 July 2026 between [Company Name] ("Employer") and [Employee Name], CNIC _____________ ("Employee"), appointed as [Designation], effective from 17 July 2026.

1. The Employee shall serve a probation period of 3 months, during which either party may terminate employment with shorter notice.
2. Gross monthly salary: ____________ (Basic ____________, HRA ____________, Transport ____________, Medical ____________, Other ____________).
3. Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Overtime shall be paid at 1.5x of the hourly rate.
4. Leave entitlement: 14 days annual leave, 10 days sick leave, 10 days casual leave per calendar year, per applicable labour law.

6. The Employee shall maintain strict confidentiality of all company information, both during and after employment.
7. This contract may be terminated by the Employer with 30 days' written notice, or by the Employee with 30 days' written notice.
8. This contract is governed by the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, including the applicable Shops & Establishments and labour laws.
